Katie impressed me with how self-assured she is from the day we first met. Not only is she clear on what she wants in life, she’s so positive and is always smiling. What a gift to choose to live life this way. Life is what you make it, right?
During her consultation she told me she really wanted locations that stood out and were different from her hometown of Jackson, Wisconsin. She shared that she preferred a field and “nothing fancy or formal.” Delafield provided the perfect backdrop for what she was imagining.
Katie loves the summer and we were blessed with a beautiful, warm sunny evening in August together, which was just perfect for her! She brought an entourage to her senior session, which made it all the more fun. Her senior pictures included her mom, sister, brother and boyfriend. It was great to get to know (almost) the whole family. She has such a strong support system, and I loved to see that throughout the whole process of getting her senior pictures taken.
We had a great time together exploring, while taking breaks in the air conditioned car. It was quite warm but she didn’t complain even once. I love the heat, so you won’t ever hear me complaining either! Katie has everything going for her…beauty, brains and a wonderful positive spirit. It’s clear to see she has a bright future ahead!
